UK: Although many people will regard the Bosch D-Jetronic system as out-of-date and irrelevant I do not agree with that view at all. It is the ancestor of all modern EFI and engine management systems and I think if more people had a thorough understanding of this relatively simple system there would be a far better general grasp of the workings of later systems. There is no better starting point for anyone who wants to learn about this important subject.
